Certified Hard Hats and Head Protection for Every Job Site

Reduce the risk of head injury on construction, warehouse, and industrial sites with a dependable hard hat. We offer a wide range of protective helmets in various materials and OSHA/ANSI classifications, plus custom logo printing and comfort accessories. See our Head Protection FAQ for full ANSI/OSHA guidance.

Full Brim, Cap Style, Vented & Non-Vented

For 360-degree coverage, try a full-brim style like the LIFT DAX Carbon Fiber Full Brim FIFTY/50 Hard Hat, or a cap-styled hat for lighter coverage. For airflow, the MSA V-Gard 500 Fas-Trac III Vented Hard Hat keeps you cool, while electricians should choose non-vented hard hats for electrical-shock protection.

Custom Logo Printing

Add your company logo in one to five colors on any of our hard hat selections. Call 1-877-411-0035 to discuss options.

Comfort Accessories

Stay comfortable year-round with cooling pads, bandanas, and towel wraps, or winter liners for cold months. We also stock face shields, headlamps, and neck shades.

Hard Hat FAQs

What are the 4 main types of hard hats?

Types 1 and 2 reduce impact force to the top of the head, with Type 2 also protecting against side impact. By class: Class G (general use) resists impact and up to 2,200 volts; Class E (electrical) offers non-conducting protection up to 20,000 volts; Class C (conductive) provides lightweight impact protection with no electrical resistance.

What do hard hat colors mean?

OSHA-informed color codes help identify roles on site: white for managers/supervisors, green for safety inspectors and new workers, yellow for earth-moving operators and general laborers, blue for carpenters and electricians, brown for high-heat workers like welders, and orange for road crews and visitors.

How long do hard hats last?

Most hard hats last up to five years from first use, though heat, sun exposure, and heavy use can shorten that by up to two years. Replace immediately after any impact, and swap suspension straps yearly.
