The Delta Plus Americana Full Brim Hard Hat with 4-Point Mega Ratchet Suspension delivers reliable protection, comfort, and durability for demanding work environments. Proudly made in the USA, this non-vented hard hat meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I, Class E and G standards and is SEI Certified, including compliance with the low temperature (LT) option of the Z89.1 standard.
Designed for all-day comfort, the Americana hard hat features a 4-point woven nylon suspension with a Mega Ratchet adjustment system that fits head sizes from 6.5 to 8. A moisture-wicking brow pad helps manage sweat and is removable, washable, and replaceable for long-term wear. The full brim design provides added protection from sun and rain, while integrated goggle-retaining slots ensure compatibility with eye protection.
This hard hat is available for customization, allowing you to add company logos, branding, or identification for enhanced visibility and a professional appearance on the job site.

Most hard hats, safety vests, and apparel can be custom imprinted with your logo. You get a free digital proof before anything is printed, If your artwork is not print-ready our custom team can redraw it, and will quote any charge for that before anything is printed.
Do you offer bulk or business pricing?
Yes. Request a quote for volume pricing, and open a corporate account for multi-site and repeat crew orders.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges within 30 days, in the original packaging with the RMA number written on the outside. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping are deducted from the refund unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective; exchanges carry no restocking fee. Boots and shoes return free within 30 days if unused and in the original box. Custom and personalized items, and clearance or sale items, cannot be returned.
