The MSA V-Gard® 500 Fas-Trac® III 6-Point Ratchet Vented Hard Hat delivers trusted head protection with enhanced comfort and performance for demanding work environments. Featuring MSA’s iconic “V” design, this globally recognized hard hat is built for durability, reliability, and all-day wear. The high-density polyethylene (HDPE) shell works in combination with the 6-point Fas-Trac® III ratchet suspension to provide a secure, balanced fit while helping reduce impact forces.

Designed for comfort in warmer or active conditions, the V-Gard® 500 Series includes strategically placed cooling vents to improve air circulation. An extended rain trough along the sides and back helps channel water away from the wearer, while the Glaregard® surface underbrim reduces glare for improved visibility. Slotted sides allow for easy integration of compatible accessories, making this hard hat a versatile choice for a wide range of job sites.

Most hard hats, safety vests, and apparel can be custom imprinted with your logo. You get a free digital proof before anything is printed, If your artwork is not print-ready our custom team can redraw it, and will quote any charge for that before anything is printed.

Do you offer bulk or business pricing?

Yes. Request a quote for volume pricing, and open a corporate account for multi-site and repeat crew orders.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges within 30 days, in the original packaging with the RMA number written on the outside. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping are deducted from the refund unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective; exchanges carry no restocking fee. Boots and shoes return free within 30 days if unused and in the original box. Custom and personalized items, and clearance or sale items, cannot be returned.
