The MSA V-Gard H2™ Mips® Type II Safety Helmet delivers advanced head protection for demanding industrial environments where both lateral impact protection and electrical insulation are required. Built to meet ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type 2 Class E standards, this non-vented safety helmet is ideal for applications involving slips, trips, falls, and electrical hazards.
This model features the Mips® brain protection system, designed to help reduce rotational forces transferred to the brain during certain angled impacts—adding an extra layer of protection beyond traditional hard hats. An integrated chinstrap helps keep the helmet securely in place during movement or impact, improving overall safety performance.
Designed for all-day comfort, the V-Gard H2™ includes a glove-friendly ratchet suspension for quick adjustments and Ionic+® antimicrobial-treated padding to help control odor-causing bacteria. With extensive compatibility across the V-Gard accessory ecosystem and built-in headlamp strap clips, this helmet offers outstanding versatility.
