The GH500 Safety Helmet represents the next generation of head protection. This award-winning helmet features Koroyd® advanced impact-absorbing technology as the primary protective layer, replacing traditional EPS foam used in most helmets. Designed to provide superior impact protection, comfort, and breathability, the GH500 delivers unmatched performance in demanding work environments.
Built for Type 2 protection, the GH500 offers dielectric safety and no metal components, making it suitable for electrical and general industrial applications. Its low-profile, lightweight design reduces fatigue while improving mobility, and the advanced ventilation system helps reduce heat stress with enhanced airflow. For a secure, customizable fit, the helmet includes a ratchet adjustment system and 4-point adjustable chin strap.
Why have we chosen Koroyd over traditional EPS foam?
Because when EPS foam is compressed during an impact, it becomes stiffer, resulting in more energy being transferred from the impact to the head of the user. The Koroyd material used in the GH500, as shown in the video, crumples consistently during the impact. This advantage reduces the energy from an impact transferred to the user, and consequently protects the user better.

Yes. Request a quote for volume pricing, and open a corporate account for multi-site and repeat crew orders.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges within 30 days, in the original packaging with the RMA number written on the outside. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping are deducted from the refund unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective; exchanges carry no restocking fee. Boots and shoes return free within 30 days if unused and in the original box. Custom and personalized items, and clearance or sale items, cannot be returned.
