Beige/Tan - NOT Gray

"I received my first order & reached out to say I ordered Gray boots, the box & confirmation both said Gray, but the boots I received were beige/tan. I was told to return them, that the gray boots I ordered were in stock, and I would receive the gray boots in exchange. I did that, the second order was delivered, and they are also beige/tan. The laces are gray so they don't even match the beige/tan boots. Not happy at all with the wrong color, but I don't have the time to keep doing exchanges hoping I might get what I ordered. I'll just have to live with the beige/tan boots with gray laces. Ugh."
