The Custom Pyramex 4-Point Ratchet Suspension Hard Hat delivers dependable protection, comfort, and versatility for a wide range of jobsite applications. Constructed from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), this hard hat offers long-lasting durability in a lightweight, low-profile design that sits comfortably and securely on the head.
Designed for performance in demanding environments, this hard hat features a built-in rain trough along the sides and back to help deflect water away from the wearer. Universal accessory slots allow easy attachment of cap-mounted earmuffs, face shields, and chin straps. The easy-adjust ratchet suspension enables quick fit adjustments while wearing the helmet, accommodating head sizes from 6.5 to 8. A soft brow pad enhances comfort and is replaceable and washable, with replacement suspensions and headbands available.
This Pyramex hard hat exceeds ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I standards and is also CSA Z94.1 compliant, including approval for reverse orientation and low temperature (LT) performance. Hi-vis color options have been tested for the HV mark, and custom imprinting is available for added brand visibility.
