The Nightstick Intrinsically Safe Dual-Light™ Headlamp with Zero-Band Mount delivers powerful, hands-free illumination for hazardous work environments. Powered by three AAA batteries (included), this intrinsically safe headlamp is certified for use in explosive atmospheres and meets multiple global safety approvals, including UL913, ATEX Zone 0, IECEx, and more.
Featuring Nightstick’s exclusive Dual-Light™ technology, users can activate the spotlight and floodlight simultaneously for maximum visibility and situational awareness. The focused spotlight provides long-distance illumination, while the wide-beam floodlight is ideal for close-up tasks. A multi-position adjustable ratchet tilt head allows precise light placement, and dual top-mounted switches make it easy to cycle through five lighting modes.
Designed for durability and convenience, the engineered polymer housing is waterproof, impact resistant, and chemical resistant. The integrated stainless steel clip and included adhesive Zero-Band hard hat mount ensure secure attachment and reliable hands-free performance in demanding industrial, oil & gas, utility, and confined-space applications.

How fast will my order ship?
In-stock orders placed by 1 PM ET ship the same business day.
Can I add my company logo to this?
Most hard hats, safety vests, and apparel can be custom imprinted with your logo. You get a free digital proof before anything is printed, If your artwork is not print-ready our custom team can redraw it, and will quote any charge for that before anything is printed.
Do you offer bulk or business pricing?
Yes. Request a quote for volume pricing, and open a corporate account for multi-site and repeat crew orders.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges within 30 days, in the original packaging with the RMA number written on the outside. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping are deducted from the refund unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective; exchanges carry no restocking fee. Boots and shoes return free within 30 days if unused and in the original box. Custom and personalized items, and clearance or sale items, cannot be returned.
