The Fibre-Metal Roughneck P2HN Hi-Heat Cap Style Hard Hat is engineered for extreme heat and heavy-duty industrial environments, delivering best-in-class thermal performance, impact resistance, and long-term durability. Designed for high-temperature applications up to 500°F, the P2HN is ideal for steel mills, foundries, forges, fabrication shops, chemical plants, and demanding construction sites.

Constructed from a proprietary injection-molded fiberglass compound, this helmet is eight times stronger than standard HDPE and provides exceptional crack and impact resistance without chipping or peeling. The smooth crown, matte finish eliminates ribs and ridges that can trap falling objects while also improving overall durability.

Equipped with the SuperEight® 8-Point Ratchet Suspension, the P2HN distributes weight evenly for superior comfort while functioning as an advanced impact energy control system. Air circulation over the sweatband helps reduce internal heat buildup, improving comfort in high-temperature conditions.

Do you offer bulk or business pricing?

Yes. Request a quote for volume pricing, and open a corporate account for multi-site and repeat crew orders.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges within 30 days, in the original packaging with the RMA number written on the outside. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping are deducted from the refund unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective; exchanges carry no restocking fee. Boots and shoes return free within 30 days if unused and in the original box. Custom and personalized items, and clearance or sale items, cannot be returned.
