We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and service level for free-shipping orders.
Expedited Shipping
Orders for Next-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipping must be placed before 1:00 PM ET for same-day shipment of in-stock items.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET ship the next business day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET on Friday ship the following Monday.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Freight Delivery Information
Oversized items that cannot ship through UPS or FedEx are delivered via freight carrier.
- You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
- The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Standard freight delivery is curbside only.
- Lift-gate service may be required for locations without a loading dock and may incur additional charges.
- Inspect your shipment upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
- Report damage or missing items within one business day.
Transit Times
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Levittown, PA via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Transit time is calculated in business days starting from the date your order ships. Weekends and holidays (such as Thanksgiving) are not included.
Most in-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM ET ship the same business day. However, delays may occur if an item is out of stock or requires special handling.
Expedited orders will be notified if any delays occur.
Weekend & Special Delivery
- Standard deliveries are not made on weekends.
- Saturday delivery may be available for an additional fee in select areas.
- Please contact us to confirm availability for Saturday delivery.
